Well done, Year 6 - you are really ready for your SATs next week. You have worked incredibly hard and we are already very proud of you all!
Homework for this weekend is to relax and chill out. Make sure you have plenty of sleep on Sunday night and get up in time for breakfast!
I look forward to seeing you all on Monday - I know you will all be amazing and give 100%. That's what makes you such a wonderful class!

Spring term learning
We are all working extremely hard on our SATs preparation at the moment. There is a lot of grammar, reading comprehension and maths revision on the menu at the moment.
However, we are also still enjoying our PE and art. Tennis with the PE teacher from Stewards is great fun (make sure you all have your PE kits in school on a Monday!) and we are nearly ready to turn our William Morris inspired patterns into printing tiles.
Keep working hard with your SATs revision books. Don't forget you can bring them in to school if there is anything you need help with.
What's coming up?
Next week is science week, so our afternoon revision timetable will be altered to include lots of 'science-y' activities. I hope you will all come dressed as a mad scientist on Friday 16th March!
Miss Ryde has told me that you have received a letter about a national science competition. Will anyone in Year 6 have an entry good enough to go through to the final judgement?
We are going to Crucial Crew next Thursday (15th March). We will leave school after an early lunch and walk to the Latton Bush Centre - make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes! We will be back in time for the end of the school day.
