Pupil Voice is an important part of making our school a success. Pupils are given the opportunity to apply for a variety of roles across the school, which help shape its developments.
Two children are elected by each class to represent them at the school council. They meet once a week, led by Miss Ryde and regularly consult with the Headteacher.
Two Year 6 children from each house apply and are interviewed for these important positions. These children are role models who have shown excellent commitment to the school. House Captains lead school tours, attend introductory EYFS workshops and lead House sports events.
Children from Years 3,4,5 and 6 apply and are interviewed for these leadership roles. Children are trained to facilitate games on both the KS1 and KS2 playgrounds. Roles are changed termly and are led by the lunchtime supervisors.
